Well, I finished assembling the bag. I will try to put post-felting pictures on today - I should have time to felt it when I get home from the gym.
The bag measures 12.5" long and the diameter of the base is 6.5" ... I will measure after I felt and we'll see!
I had a lot of fun and learned a lot doing this pattern. I love the intarsia with all of the little hand-wound bobbins! I will fix up the pattern a bit and post it if anybody's interested. :O)
I felted it to about a 5" diameter base and 8" height.
I like this size for a teen size purse.
It is drying. I'll post pics when it's dry and shaved - and handles. :O)
you are a bag felting machine!! it's soooo cute. cannot wait to see the "after" photos!
"If anybody's interested"?!! You know we are! Is this your first intarsia? I want to try it, but can barely get through the regular stuff. Soon....

It turned out great so far- I really love the colors and the pattern is adorable! can't wait to see the "final-fianl".
