Just wanted to post that I am now down FIVE pounds.

    Good for you Whit! I just went back to the gym after taking a couple months off for absolutely no good reason! My personal trainer is the best! I need to loose a few pounds, & mostly firm up whats there to stay.

    However, this is the easiest "diet" I've ever been on cause I can eat as much as I want. Love it! It's definitely about eating healthier rather than less and I'm all for that.
